How many days till my next period?

Okay so predicting your next period can be kinda tricky, especially when you first start getting them, because cycles can be really different for everyone and change a lot.

First, you need to know how long your period usually lasts, like how many days you actually bleed. Then you need to know your cycle length, which is how many days from the first day of one period to the first day of your next period. For most people, that's somewhere between 21 and 35 days, but like, when you're just starting out, it can be super irregular, so don't even worry if it's not super predictable yet.
