How do I know when my period is going to end?

Okay so knowing exactly when your period will end can be a little tricky at first, especially when you're new to this whole thing, but usually, it's pretty quick after your flow starts to get really light.

What to look for

Your period usually starts to wrap up when the bleeding gets super light. Like, once you're barely seeing any blood, or it's just a light brownish spotting, that's a pretty good sign it's almost over. For most people, periods last anywhere from 2 to 7 days, so you'll probably fall somewhere in that range.

Tracking helps a ton

The best way to really know your own body and predict when your period will end is to track it. Like, seriously.
