Where can I track my discharge?

You can track your discharge in the Soso app and see how it changes over your cycle.

Discharge is totally normal, and it's basically your body cleaning itself out. It can change color and consistency, like sometimes it might be clear and stretchy, and other times it can be thicker and milky. Tracking it can help you get to know your body better because it's usually a sign that your first period is coming, and it changes throughout your cycle with your hormones.

Like, for a few months before your first period, you might notice more discharge. And then, once you start getting periods, you'll see it change color and consistency at different times. Knowing what's normal for you is super helpful. The Soso app has a section where you can log your discharge every day, so you can easily see patterns and understand what's happening.
