I have been going through puberty for a whilile now,when is my period coming?

Okay so this is literally the million-dollar question for everyone going through puberty, and there are some signs that can give you a pretty good idea.

Usually, your period shows up a couple of years after your breasts start to develop. And like a few months before your first period, you might start noticing a white or yellowish discharge in your underwear, and that's a super common sign it's getting close. Most first periods happen between 10 and 13, but some people get theirs earlier and some get theirs later.

Signs your period is probably close

• Breast development: This is usually the first big sign of puberty, and your period typically follows 2-3 years after.
• Growth spurt: You might notice you're growing really fast right before your period starts. Like, suddenly all your clothes are too short!
• Vaginal discharge: This is like a clear or white liquid in your underwear, and it's totally normal. It usually starts a few months (or even a year) before your period, and it means your body is getting ready.
