I always get bullied for not getting my first period yet,I am in Hong Kong and I am turning 11 this year,is there any thing that can make me get my first period faster?

There's nothing you can do to make your period come faster, and anyone who bullies you for that is literally just wrong. Everyone's body is on its own schedule for puberty, and that is totally normal.

Okay so, most kids get their first period between ages 10 and 15, and 12 is like, the average. But some get it earlier and some get it later, and it's all fine. Puberty happens in steps, so you'll usually start noticing other changes first.

Things like your breasts starting to grow is usually one of the first signs. Then a lot of times, a clear or white discharge will show up in your undies like 6-12 months before your first period. So those are usually signs that things are moving along. Just remember, your body knows what it's doing, and you're going to get your period when it's ready, not a moment sooner or later. Period.
