Okay so sometimes feeling sick, getting upset, and being itchy can be signs your period is getting close, but it's hard to say for sure without more info.

Your body does all sorts of wild stuff before your period shows up. Like, you might feel a bit queasy or just generally blah, and your mood can be totally up and down. One minute you're fine, the next you want to cry over literally nothing. That's from hormones changing, and it's super normal.

The itchy thing is interesting! Sometimes skin can get more sensitive, or you might even get like, a little bit dry down there which can feel itchy. But it's good to keep an eye on that and tell a grown-up if it's really bothering you, just in case it's something else.

Usually, the best signs your period is coming soon are when you start growing breasts (even just a little bit), and then about a year or two later you might notice some white or yellowish discharge in your undies.
